Condominial rules applicable at Residence Cervino 2
For the proper image of the residence and for respect towards the privacy of owners and customers, as well as to improve the quality of your stay and that of others, it is your duty to help maintain the resort in good standing and quiet. For this purpose of a peaceful coexistence, we provide the following guidelines.
• It is forbidden to dry clothes by hanging them on the terraces, in the common areas, next to windows, and in general where visible from the outside.
• It is forbidden to make loud noises through radios, televisions, tape recorders, musical instruments, throughout the entire day, particularly from 11pm to 8am.
• For reasons of decency and hygiene, it is not permitted to leave shoes, boots, slippers and so on in the hallways outside the apartments. If there shouldn't be enough room in the apartments, the shoes should be placed on shoe racks which the Residence will provide.
• It is strictly forbidden to keep skis and skiing equipment in the housing units. This equipment has to be left in the ski room located next to the garages. The management has organized an insurance policy to cover any theft.
• Similarly, it is absolutely forbidden to walk around the Residence in ski boots, which may be placed in the heated ski room, with a special rack for ski boots.
• Each apartment cannot be occupied by a number of persons greater than the number of beds for which it is equipped.
• Access to the slopes: for security reasons and to avoid injuries, all those who reside in the residence are requested to ask the manager if trails and other facilities are open and viable before accessing them.
• Each apartment has a parking space corresponding to the number of the apartment and / or a garage if agreed with the manager of the Residence. Unless specifically authorized by the manager, additional cars should be parked outside the parking lot of the Residence in the spaces available in its proximity. This is to make sure that everyone has their own parking space and to avoid unnecessary crowding.
• At the beginning of each period of stay a deposit of 200 to 400 euros, depending on the size of the apartment, will be payed to the manager, and will be returned upon departure, unless it is used to cover eventual damage. Alternatively, you can opt for a blank credit card payment which will be canceled unless a refund is owed to the Residence. For periods of less than a week, you may agree upon different amounts and modalities of payment with the manager.
• Keys to the apartments have to be received and returned during the opening hours of the reception unless otherwise agreed with the management of the Residence.
• In case customers or owners do not return to the Residence for the night, they should let the manager know by 8pm in order to avoid unnecessary concerns.
• Cleaning and decency of housing units - each unit will be cleaned and have its linen changed by a cleaning service on a weekly basis. The unit should nevertheless be left in perfect order so that we can shorten the cleaning time before the arrival of other customers. Please respect the property of the Residence as well as other customers and immediately report any damage that might have occurred to the structure and its premises during your stay.
